Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of 1800foratow.com and interactions with the 1-800-FOR-A-TOW™ call-routing and roadside-assistance connection platform operated as a DBA / brand of Elite R Enterprises, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Connection Platform

1-800-FOR-A-TOW™ is a marketing, call-routing and connection platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not own or operate tow trucks and do not directly perform towing, roadside repair, lockout, fuel-delivery or other roadside services. Services may be performed by independent third-party providers.

2. No Guarantee of Service

Provider availability, service area, equipment, estimated arrival times, prices, payment methods and ability to complete a requested service vary by provider and circumstance. We do not guarantee that a provider will be available, accept a request, arrive within a particular time, charge a particular price or complete a service successfully.

3. Provider Relationship

Independent providers are responsible for their own licensing, insurance, personnel, vehicles, equipment, pricing, customer communications, safety and performance. Any service transaction is between the customer and the provider that accepts the work, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate location, vehicle and contact information; confirming pricing and service details with the provider; and using reasonable judgment regarding roadside safety. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a medical or public-safety emergency, contact appropriate emergency services.

5. Call Recording and Communications

Calls may be recorded or monitored where permitted by law for quality assurance, training, routing, compliance and dispute-resolution purposes. If text-message features are offered, message and data rates may apply and consent rules will be presented where applicable.

6. Website Use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the site, routing systems, forms, security or other users.

7. Intellectual Property

1-800-FOR-A-TOW™, related branding, site content and creative materials are owned by or licensed to Elite R Enterprises, LLC except where otherwise indicated. No right to use the brand is granted except with written permission.

8. Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite R Enterprises, LLC is not responsible for acts or omissions of independent service providers or for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the site or connection platform. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. The effective date above identifies the current published version.
